These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Incipe service, including the website, web account area, and Incipe applications for Apple platforms.

Incipe is a personal recipe management service that allows users to store recipes, organize them into categories, synchronize data between devices, and access premium features through paid plans.

By using Incipe, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or related intellectual property.

Paid access, if offered, is activated after successful payment confirmation. Available plans, billing period, and price are shown in the payment interface before purchase.

Subscription plans may renew automatically if automatic renewal is enabled for the selected plan. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

You may cancel automatic renewal from your account area. Cancellation stops future charges but does not remove access already paid for until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the actual volume of digital access already provided. If the purchase was made through a third-party platform, that platform's refund rules may also apply.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep Incipe available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable paid period that directly relates to the claim.

These Terms of Use take effect on 2026-04-19 and may be updated by publishing a new version on this page.
